Meditation

When it comes to relaxation, we partake in daily meditations, with some of our own and also listen to some other people we follow and admire, like Joe Dispenza, Deepak Chopra Centre, and Sanskrit mantra’s by Deva Premal and Miten.

A great resource we also use is insight timer (https://insighttimer.com/), our own library of meditations will be added shortly.

We have a large crystal collection that we have gathered throughout the years from around the world, and love to incorporate them into our practice, as they each have a different energy and purpose.

Superfoods, cacao and essential oils play a huge role in our daily life also, to keep us healthy inside and out, helping to balance our emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

The importance of mindfulness is something that most of us know about, but sometimes struggle to put into practice!

A great way to start this is to “be aware” and “be conscious” doing things that you tend to do unconsciously each day!

For example, when you would have normally zoned out to do the dishes or some other possibly mind-numbing activity, instead be fully present and fully aware of each of the actions, sensations and movements that you’re doing.

The more you do this, the easier it becomes to be more present in any moment.

Gratitude is another thing we believe is a key to happiness and the more you focus on it the more you attract things to be grateful for!

Take time each morning and night to acknowledge the things that you are grateful for and see them magnify.
