Immunity Bliss Ball Recipe
With the winter months upon us in the Southern hemisphere, this recipe is warming and helps to naturally boost your immunity!
The ingredients chosen work to provide you with natural levels of Vitamin C, Zinc, protein and other micronutrients necessary to provide health giving benefits.
1 cup soaked almonds (approx. 3 hours and drain)
12 Medjool dates, pitted
3 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 tsp camu camu powder
3 tbsp pepitas
pinch of pink salt
1 tsp of Reishi medicinal mushroom extract
4 drops Lemon essential oil
6 drops On Guard essential oil
* Pepitas are high in magnesium and zinc
* Camu Camu is very high in natural Vitamin C
* Hemp is very high in protein
* Reishi mushroom is an adaptogenic herb important for immunity
Simply add all ingredients together and blitz until everything is blended well, roll into small balls, then refrigerate!
