A quick and healthy recipe to make, for snacking on the go. The ingredients within these Bliss Balls are all wholesome and healthy for you. Protein, good fats, minerals, vitamins, fibre and magnesium to name a few!
Did you know that Matcha powder is powdered green tea leaves and is super high in antioxidants?
Here's the recipe.....
Hemp & Matcha Cardamom Nut Balls
- 1/2 Cup of Mixed Seeds (pepitas, sunflower, sesame)
- 1 Tbsp Hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp Cacao powder
- 1/2 Cup of Almonds
- 1/3 Cup Shredded coconut
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Peanut butter
- 6 Fresh Medjool pitted dates
- 4 Tbsp Coconut oil
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Matcha Powder
- 1/4 Cup of Coconut for rolling
Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend well
(except extra coconut and matcha powder)
Roll into small balls and then roll in coconut and matcha, place onto a plate or tray and refrigerate until set!
