Raw Walnut Fudge

This easy-to-make raw walnut fudge will leave you wondering why you didn’t make more. Perfect for the kids, an afternoon snack or a desert without the guilt!

For the fudge base:

  • 2 cups Raw Organic Walnuts
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Organic Shredded Coconut
  • 10 large Very Soft Medjool Dates, Pitted
  • 1 cup Raw Organic Cacao Powder
  • ½ cup Organic Maple Syrup
  • Pinch of Himalayan Rock Salt
  • 2 drops of dōTERRA Cardamom oil

For the ganache:

  • 1/2 cup Organic Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Unrefined Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Raw Organic Cacao Powder
  • Pinch of Himalayan Rock Salt
  • 3 drops of dōTERRA Wild Orange oil
  • 1/4 cup of Raw Cacao Nibs for Topping

Method

For the base, simply blend all ingredients together and press into a greaseproof paper tray and refrigerate until set.

Then, melt the coconut oil in a pan on a low heat, then add in all remaining ingredients, mixing well. Once combined, spread the mixture over the top of the base and sprinkle with cacao nibs to garnish. Refrigerate the fudge until set, before serving.
