Toffee Nut Crunch Vit-C hit

Toffee Nut Crunch - with a Vitamin C hit!

Chocolate base

- 3/4 Cup of Cacao Butter        
- 3/4 Cup of Cacao Powder
- 1/3 Cup of Coconut Oil
- 1/4 Cup of Maple Syrup
- Pinch of Pink Salt
- 1 Tsp Camu Camu Powder (Potent Vitamin C boost)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 10 Drops of Wild Orange 
- 3 Drops of Cinnamon 
dōTERRA pure food grade oils

Toffee base

- 1/3 Cup of Hemp Seeds
- 2.5 Cups of Roasted Almonds/Walnuts/Brazil - slightly chopped
- 1/2 - 3/4 Cup of Honey or Maple Syrup (to toffee the nut mix)

(Optional blobs of peanut butter over surface before chocolate coating)


Chocolate topping - Melt cacao butter and coconut oil first and add all other ingredients in and mix until a smooth batter. 

Roast chopped nuts and hemp in a hot dry frypan, add in Honey or Maple stirring well until caramelised/toffee’d

Pour out toffee onto a greaseproof paper lined tray and smooth out evenly.

Add peanut butter blobs, pour the chocolate mixture over and through the base, covering all areas, refrigerate and cut into rough 
chunks and serve.
