I was inspired to create an easy curry with organic coconut cream and a selection of dōTERRA's amazingly pure food grade essential oils.
It was so super easy to make and the taste was so fresh and had that eastern spice taste I love.
So when you don't have access to fresh herbs, that also perish really quickly, having these oils on hand makes the possibilities endless.
Here is the recipe.
Coconut Cream Curry
Shake tin well and add in
1 Tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
3 drops Lemongrass oil
3 drops of Ginger oil
2 drops of Coriander oil
2 drops of Cilantro oil
4 drops of Black Pepper oil
Brown off garlic and onions, and whichever vegetables or chicken/meat you choose.
Pour the tin of coconut cream in and add extra vegetable stock or water and let simmer.
Salt and pepper to taste, serve with rice or cous cous.
