๐ The trick with this lemon oil is that the oil is pressed from the rinds only, so all you get is pure Lemon flavour, zest and tang! Totally food grade.
๐ It's approx 5 drops to one lemon in strength, and can be used in SO many ways....here are a few!
๐ Add a drop or two to your GLASS or METAL water bottle only (not plastic) as it provides beautiful digestive support. Plus it's better to have the oil, as opposed to drinking Lemon juice, as that affects the enamel on your teeth!
๐ Lemon is a fantastic de-greaser to add to your cleaning regime, will take off sticky labels, stubborn oil smudges on tables, floors, bench tops and anywhere you spray it. Mix approx 10-15 drops into a spray bottle with a little vinegar as your bench spray. Smells divine and is totally chemical FREE.
๐ It's so effective using a drop of it across the bridge of your nose if you have a runny or blocked nose, and it helps enhance/improve/promote immune system function.
