Powerhouse Nutty Hard Fudge

Powerhouse nutty hard fudge

Who wants more energy in their day? Everyone right!

At the same time support a healthy inflammatory response, boost protein intake and get some good fats into your body!

There are many diverse ingredients in this powerhouse of a snack, it will literally send you to the moon in one bite. 🚀🌖

When I discovered that you could use mito2max in chocolate, I was on a mission to create a complimentary recipe with ingredients that would enhance this amazing supplement.

Mito2max is a proprietary formula of standardised plant extracts and metabolic cofactors that supports healthy cellular energy production. Mito2Max supports optimal mitochondrial function, aerobic capacity, and stamina naturally without the use of harmful stimulants. With awesome stuff like cordyceps, ashwaganda root, ginseng and coenzyme Q10!

Plus you've got some pretty good protein sources in here like chia seeds and bee pollen.

So here is the recipe!!!

3/4 cup of cacao butter
3/4 cup of cacao powder
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1/4 cup of raw honey
1 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1/4 cup of hemp seeds
pinch of pink salt
2 mito2max capsules (emptied)
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tbsp bee pollen
2 tbsp cacao nibs for crunch
4 drops of dōTERRA food grade frankincense essential oil
8 drops of dōTERRA food grade wild orange essential oil

Get your oils here - www.mydoterra.com/shantistar or email us on om@shantistar.com

Melt the cacao butter and coconut oil first, and then mix (not blitz) together all other ingredients.
Spread out onto a greaseproof paper lined tray, sprinkle with cacao nibs and bee pollen last and refrigerate.

Cut into chunks and serve!
