Superfoods - Hemp Seeds

Absolutely love these seeds!

💙 Such a phenomenal source of clean and complete plant protein. You can get it in a powder form too, which is a perfect addition to smoothies and slices. 
Approx 1 tbsp is about 7.5 grams of protein!!

⭐️ When I combine my cacao treats with coconut oil, also another great fat like hemp, and add some Frankincense or Copaiba food grade essential oil this brings the chocolate to a whole new level of nutrition and wholesome goodness.
