Brace yourself! Winter is coming!!

🌏 For us living in the Southern Hemisphere it’s getting a bit chilly, people are sniffing, coughing and sneezing already.

🌧 Some tips for everyone to keep their immune systems strong, stay healthy and be well! Plus our favourite ways and blends.

⭐️ When that first Oh Oh sign comes, we always have On guard (Protective Blend) as it is the BOMB, it has oils of Cinnamon, Wild Orange, Clove, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary which help support the immune system beautifully.

⭐️ We gargle, diffuse, or drink a drop or two in a glass of water. Also dōTERRA make the blend in throat drops which are very effective!

⭐️ Our go to Immune System Blend 1 - All in the diffuser Oregano, Frankincense, Copaiba, On Guard and Tea Tree. (2 drops each)

⭐️ And another method of Immune System Blend 2 - all on the soles of the feet with Fractionated coconut oil, 1-2 drops each with equal drops of FCO, and repeat a few times a day, whilst drinking LOTS of water.

⭐️ Easy Air (Breathe) Blend - A blend with all respiratory system supportive oils like Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Cardamom, Peppermint, Laurel and more...which when diffused helps to soothe and support breathing amazingly.

Plus some superfoods that keep us healthy are Pepita’s for Zinc (Pumpkin seeds), Camu Camu Powder - Natural Vitamin C, Echinacea, Beetroots, Soups, Olive Oil extract, LLV, (Lifelong Vitality supplements) Vitamin D, Spirulina, and Coconut water xxx
