Peppermint Hemp Bliss Balls

An easy and quick recipe to make the tastiest bliss balls!

Adding Hemp into your diet is a natural way to boost your daily protein intake, is full of good fats, omegas and tastes so good. Hemp protein powder and seeds are a must have for your pantry!

Plus with the addition of the other highly nutritious ingredients, it keeps you going and going, these bliss balls are very convenient to just grab from the fridge on your way out, or just to snack on in between meals.

Peppermint essential oil has been shown to support digestion, reflux and stomach issues wonderfully. 

So really you're not just snacking on something empty and sugary, you are feeding your body and brain with the good gear, keeping all systems in check for you and your family.

1 Cup of Walnuts
1 Cup of Almonds
2 Cups of Medjool dates
2 Tbsp Chia seeds
3 Tbsp Coconut oil
1 Tbsp Honey
A little coconut water
1/4 Cup of Hemp seeds
3 Tsp cacao powder
1/4 Cup of Goji berries
3 Drops of dōTERRA food grade Peppermint essential Oil

Blend everything really well, roll into balls and refrigerate! That's it!!!
