💐 What's NOT to like about LAVENDER?

⭐️ Although I must confess, I didn't really love the scent of "other" lavender essential oils in the past, I thought it had a bit of a reputation for knicker drawers and old fashioned nanna's hankies!
BUT ...

💜 A lot has changed and it honesty shifted my mind when I first encountered dōTERRA's French Lavender! It matters where it grows naturally indeed.

💧 Sourced from yummy En Provence in France, and Bulgaria, the oil is produced from the flowers only...which really changed the smell and effects and now I'm in love ❤️

💜 So what's it good for? EVERYTHING!!!

💧 Calming for overexcited little ones, start bedtime rituals of a foot rub with a few drops of Lavender and fractionated coconut oil, they will be settled, sleep well and will be asking for it each and every night with feet waiting in the air!

💜 Sleep Sleep Sleep - Diffused with Wild Orange, Juniper Berry and Cedarwood...so dreamy :)

💧 Cuts, burns, stings, bites, sun burn, scalds, nappy rash, skin irritations ANYTHING skin related, Lavender will soothe in a flash.

💜 Emotionally it supports effective communication, saying your truth and expressing your inner voice beautifully. (I love making up a special public speaking blend, or singing blend for me of Lavender, Spearmint, and Wild Orange with some fractionated coconut oil and applying over my throat and neck) 5 ml bottle 5 drops of each and fill with coconut oil)

💧 Teething bubs - A little Lavender oil and some Roman Chamomile added too with some Fractionated Coconut Oil and rubbed along the jawline!

💜 Head tension - Rubbed into the temples to soothe away any stress, pressure and aches. Even better if someone can do it for you!

💧 Itching, watery eyes, sneezing - Drop a few drops of Lavender into the palm of your hand and inhale deeply, Lavender has an antihistamine quality to it and this trick really works! Plus can be taken in a shot glass of water, but she is an acquired taste.

💜 See overall she is a soother, calmer, and a versatile healer. And most lovely way to use Lavender is added to a bath with epsom/magnesium salts....delicious!
